All Estate Agents Are Not Equal!

Yet another wonderful enduser sale on Profit. This time for one of our clients.
We sold the domain name estateagents.com.au to a successful Gold Coast real estate agent who specialises in holiday rentals and sales.
The wonderful thing is that he had bought some domains from me almost 10 years ago! One of them was GoldCoastHolidays.com.au. It was great to touch base again.

Some people get it
As I quip in the subject line, all estate agents are not equal. Those with a powerful exact match domain that explains their business succinctly are way ahead in my opinion.
Such is the case with our buyer. He has successfully been developing good domains for many years to amplify his business interests.
When we were chatting yesterday, I commented that the commission on just one Gold Coast apartment sale would pay for this domain name. Thereafter, it’s all blue sky – for the cost of a domain renewal fee each year. He agreed.
